Amanda J. Seyderhelm is the author of two books, Isaac and the Red Jumper, a picture book for bereaved kids, (10% of all proceeds are donated to Treetops Hospice), and a personal memoir, Coming to my senses: finding my voice through ovarian cancer (10% of all proceeds are donated to Ovarian Cancer Action charity). Amanda is a Certified Practitioner in Creative Arts and Therapeutic Play, and works with primary school children helping them to express difficult feelings through play. She trains Practitioners and Therapists in the role of therapeutic storytelling, and lectures on the role of Play Therapy in loss and bereavement. Amanda has a BA degree in English Literature and Social Anthropology, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Therapeutic Play Skills.
